A few more bits from us...

Loos & Showers

We have two gas powered showers and two loos with a view on the site.

We try to keep things green here at The Barn KT9 so our loos are compostable.

Lighting & Electricity

We recommend bringing a torch. The loos and showers have motion sensor, solar lighting and the tents have fairy lights inside.

Campfires & BBQs

Each bell tent has one of our home made firepits If you want to sing songs around the campfire, toast marshmallows and the rest.

Each bell tent also has it's own Weber BBQ, and we have charcoal to purchase on site too.

Check in times

Check in is from 3:30pm each afternoon (up until 8pm), and check out is by 12pm from the site. We have a limited number of late check out opportunities (for an extra fee), so please email us to enquire.

What to bring

Warm clothes This is England, and it can still get pretty chilly after dark (even in the height of summer)

Each bell tent has a duvet and blankets, however it’s always worth having a pair of thick socks and some cosy jumpers for the evenings

Wellies If you’re looking to explore the local area, we recommend wellies or walking boots as it can get muddy if the weather has been typically British

Activewear. We have personal training and group exercise classes on site in our boutique gym and outside, so if you wanted to join in, come prepared

More information on timetable and booking here

Torches. We recommend bringing your own torch so you can find your way back to the tent after dark

There will be LED lights in the loos however to avoid target practice in the dark

Food & Drink. Please bring all the food and booze you wish.

Check our food & drink page for latest food truck timings.

Dogs. Dogs are welcome to The Barn KT9 (as are other animals).

Please add a note when booking so we know to expect an extra furry friend

We think that’s everything covered, however if there’s anything we’ve missed, please send us an email and we’ll get back to you.
