An energetic yoga flow to build flexibility, stamina and strength whilst linking breath to movement. After building heat in the body, wind down with some floor-based Yin postures.

If you are coming to an in person class at The Barn KT9, if you are displaying any recognised symptoms of COVID-19 you will immediately inform The Barn KT9 and will not attend any classes. If you fail to immediately report COVID-19 symptoms to The Barn KT9 or attend class whilst displaying symptoms, As such, The Barn KT9 has discretion to immediately terminate your class pack with no cost to The Barn KT9
