Service Description
Pregnancy Yoga: Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, our pregnancy Yoga classes can help to relieve pregnancy symptoms, strengthen the body in preparation for birth, cultivate confidence and calm and form a connection with your baby. Led by Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Sarah, each class will be tailored to whatever stage of pregnancy you're in. As a new mum herself Sarah aims to lead these classes with kindness, honesty and authenticity. Enjoy breathing and meditation techniques, practice birthing poses and meet other mums-to-be as you move through this very special journey of becoming a mother. Please bring a mat, a pillow and a blanket with you to your practice.

PLEASE NOTE: We operate an 8 hour cancellation policy to ensure that people on the waiting list have enough time to book in. If you are coming to an in person class at The Barn KT9, if you are displaying any recognised symptoms of COVID-19 you will immediately inform The Barn KT9 and will not attend any classes. If you fail to immediately report COVID-19 symptoms to The Barn KT9 or attend class whilst displaying symptoms, As such, The Barn KT9 has discretion to immediately terminate your class pack with no cost to The Barn KT9
