Service Description

Prenatal UpLift is all about easing tension and strengthening your body to help with everything that your body throws at you with all the changes during pregnancy. As well as building your strength to help you through the remainder of your pregnancy and prepare you for life as a new mum, we'll also integrate core and pelvic floor work into the class. Run by Pre & Post Natal Specialist Personal Trainer, Em, the class can be adapted for whatever stage of pregnancy you're at. While the weather is nice, these classes will be held outside The Barn KT9 on Rushett Farm. Please bring your own mat. All other equipment will be provided. *Please note this excludes, anyone who has been told by your health professional to abstain from exercise.* PLEASE NOTE: We operate a 12 hour cancellation policy to ensure that people on the waiting list have enough time to book in. If you are coming to an in person class at The Barn KT9, if you are displaying any recognised symptoms of COVID-19 you will immediately inform The Barn KT9 and will not attend any classes. If you fail to immediately report COVID-19 symptoms to The Barn KT9 or attend class whilst displaying symptoms, As such,The Barn KT9 has discretion to immediately terminate your class pack with no cost to The Barn KT9
