Service Description

Welcome to UpLift where you'll spend 60 minutes moving, sweating and lifting things, while also boosting your mood. Whether you're a beginner or if this is old hat, our qualified female personal trainers will make sure the workout if adapted to your needs. All circuits in this class are suitable for Pre and Postnatal too (provided you've been cleared by your healthcare professional to exercise). Held at The Barn KT9 on Rushett Farm you'll be building strength in a small group personal training style class with a mix of farm equipment, weights and bodyweight. We'll start off with a mobilising warm up and then move into strength circuits where you can take things whatever pace/intensity suits you. PLEASE NOTE:  We operate a 12 hour cancellation policy to ensure that people on the waiting list have enough time to book in. If you are coming to an in person class at The Barn KT9, if you are displaying any recognised symptoms of COVID-19 you will immediately inform The Barn KT9 and will not attend any classes. If you fail to immediately report COVID-19 symptoms to The Barn KT9 or attend class whilst displaying symptoms, As such, The Barn KT9 has discretion to immediately terminate your class pack with no cost to The Barn KT9
