Service Description

A slow, restorative yoga class where the floor-based postures are held for 3-5 minutes whilst focusing on calming, deep breathing. Expect stress to melt away with long stretches that release tension.

Cancelation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We operate an 8 hour cancellation policy to ensure that people on the waiting list have enough time to book in. If you are coming to an in person class at The Barn KT9, if you are displaying any recognised symptoms of COVID-19 you will immediately inform The Barn KT9 and will not attend any classes. If you fail to immediately report COVID-19 symptoms to The Barn KT9 or attend class whilst displaying symptoms, As such, The Barn KT9 has discretion to immediately terminate your class pack with no cost to The Barn KT9
