You're Invited to the opening of a Sound Temple! A sacred space to journey into the realm of sound frequencies & expanded states of consciousness. The Sound Temple is a place where you can tap into your inner peace & wisdom, For self care, tranquility, self inquiry & personal growth. Its purpose is to offer sound as a therapy for healing, mental & emotional support & spiritual well-being through stillness & the magic of sound creation. Fully relax & immerse yourself into the healing power of the Gongs, the soothing & nurturing renascence of the singing bowls, voice alchemy and many other sound frequencies to all dance & flow through your senses as you journey into your inner world. What to expect: Expect to fully lay back and unwind whilst allowing your body to arrive to its most relaxed state for an evening of YOU time, natural healing & recovery. The most soulful way to reset & recharge. What you need to bring: - anything to help you feel comfy warm and cosy, eyes masks, hats, scarfs, hot water bottles (although we are under cover, the event is outdoors in the Hangar) - a yoga mat - blanket/ sleeping bags (your body temp will drop during the meditation) - pillow/cushion - bottle of water Sound Temple is calling … Some of the many benefits: Lifts mood, recharges, creates inner calm Brings peace & balance to mind body soul Reduces stress & anxiety Promotes sleep Improves concentration Improves creativity Can lower blood pressure Can reduce physical pain Can help depression Releases tensions Support spiritual growth Consent to participate: By purchasing these tickets I agree to the below: - I am NOT in the first trimester of pregnancy -I do NOT suffer from epilepsy / Seizures -I have NO serious mental health challenges -I have NO metal plates in my body -I have had NO surgery or fractures within the last 12 weeks -I have consulted my doctor before attending the Ceremony due to my current conditions that may be effected by this event & have notified the host.

PLEASE NOTE: We operate an 8 hour cancellation policy to ensure that people on the waiting list have enough time to book in. If you are coming to an in person class at The Barn KT9, if you are displaying any recognised symptoms of COVID-19 you will immediately inform The Barn KT9 and will not attend any classes. If you fail to immediately report COVID-19 symptoms to The Barn KT9 or attend class whilst displaying symptoms, As such, The Barn KT9 has discretion to immediately terminate your class pack with no cost to The Barn KT9
