This summer we are recruiting someone to help us run
The Barn KT9 through the summer. You will be involved in every aspect of the business and leave at the end of the summer full of new knowledge, skills and understanding of how a small business works.

The Role
You will be working on site for a guaranteed 20 hours per week. There will be flexibility within the week for you to plan your workload around other commitments, and there will also be specific times you will need to be here.
There will also be overtime opportunities beyond the guaranteed 20 hours.
Your time will be split across the Cafe, Campsite, Events and Gym spaces.
You will be hands-on across all parts and we will give you full training.
The perfect candidate will have the following attributes:

Reliable worker, able to learn quickly and repeat tasks to a high standard

Excellent interpersonal skills when speaking to customers and other staff members alike

Great handwriting (yes, this is important!) for writing guests names on the arrival boards on the Campsite and on. our daily baked goods cabinet

A driving licence (or a bicycle) so you can nip to the shops to grab milk and other Cafe supplies when needed during busy times

Physically capable of moving tables & benches around the site for events in different parts of the farm.
What you will be doing
The package
-
£13.50 per hour, minimum 20 hours per week (£1,170 base salary per month paid through PAYE).

Pro-Rata holiday depending on start/end dates.

Ideal candidate will start in June and work through to early/mid Sept.

Unlimited Gym Classes Membership + 4 Refarmer Classes a Month Bolt On during employment period.

Free drinks from the cafe.
