What will the pricing be?

When can I book a class?
Our timetable will be released this month. In the meantime, why not get ahead and book one of our Mat Pilates classes or join a Gym class?

Can I do Reformer or Tower while Pregnant?
As with our "normal" Mat Pilates classes, we recommend switching to Pregnancy specific classes after 14 weeks of pregnancy, to allow you to get the most from your class. We run Prenatal Mat Pilates on Sundays at 10:30am and Pregnancy Reformer on Thursdays at 11:45am.

Can I do Reformer or Tower classes Postnatally?
We have lots of Postnatal specific Reformer classes on the timetable where you'll be able to BYOBaby up to crawling. If you're coming back to exercise, we would recommend booking onto our Postnatal Reformer: The Beginning course so you can focus on rehabbing and rebuilding the foundations.

What should I do if I've never done Reformer Pilates before?
We would recommend joining our 6 week Beginner Reformer courses which will give you the confidence around all the technical terms as well as how to move well on a Reformer.

Can I join Tower classes if I've not done it before?
If you've done Mat Pilates before, Tower is a brilliant class to do as it will take your Mat Pilates to the next level. If you're completely new to Pilates, we highly recommend booking into some Mat Pilates classes first as it's the foundation of Pilates (and the equipment was created to help people improve their Matwork)​
