Farm Shoot Location inside the M25

We have a long history of hosting film and stills shoots here at The Barn KT9. ITV dramas such as The Bill, Rosemary & Thyme and Pie in the Sky were regular visitors through the 80s and 90s.

In recent years we've hosted music videos for the likes of Rag n'Bone Man, Blood Orange and Olivia Dean. eBay, Spotify, Vodafone and Monzo have filmed TV Commercials here in the past couple of years, and Zara shot Kate Moss here for the 2025 Festival Collection.

Ample Parking

Plenty of hard standing for crews with HGVs, Luton Vans and cars.

No Livestock

We've had no livestock here since 2009, making us the perfect farm location to bring livestock into for a shoot to avoid animal movement restrictions.

Flexible Spaces

Grain storage and other areas are largely unused for much of the year, meaning you can build an entire studio within these barns.
